Every so often the stars align and you get to work on a project with an innovative designer and client who wants to make an extraordinary splash. At Asquith Architect we were fortunate to work with the inspirational Kelly and Andrew Swartz , Julie Reinhart of Julie Reinhart Designs and the expert team at SevernWoods Fine Homes on this unique Playter Estates Reinvention.
The home was full of dark stained wood with small rooms and small windows. More light and better views were a definite must. Kelly and Andrew brought in Asquith Architect to reimagine the dark space for this family of five. Together with Julie Reinhart Designs, Asquith Architect brought fun and colour to this busy and inspirational family.
The result is a light filled, bright and fun family home as well as the Canada Interiors Best of Canada 2020 Award. Thank you to all of the team that made this happen and to the Jury for recognizing our work.
